Plus (€19.99/year) adds anonymous calls. Premium (€29.99/year) also offers multiple recipients per QR code, notes feature, and complete scan history. Premium is ideal if you need maximum flexibility and control.
Yes! You can upgrade from Starter to Plus or Premium at any time. The change takes effect immediately, and you only pay the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrading is also possible at any time.

No, absolutely not. The stated price is all you pay. There are no setup fees, no transaction fees, and no hidden costs. What you see is what you pay.
Currently, we only offer annual billing. This allows us to keep prices low and give you the best value. At €19.99/year, you only pay about €1.67 per month for Plus!
With the 'Anonymous Calls' feature, informants can call you directly without seeing your personal phone number. Calls are routed through our system, keeping your privacy protected. Available from the Plus plan.
In the Premium plan, you can set up multiple people as recipients for a QR code. When the code is scanned, all specified recipients are notified. Perfect for families who want to keep track of important items together.
The scan history in the Premium plan saves all scans of your QR codes with timestamp and approximate location. This way you can track when and where your tags were scanned.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your user account. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to all premium features until the expiration date.
