The problem

Lost property lottery instead of a return.

Today, a lost suitcase means forms, hold music and hoping. An honest finder would return it but doesn't know whose it is. The name tag has torn off, and a Bluetooth tracker only helps the owner, not the finder.

A factory-fitted contact function closes this gap. The finder scans the code and lets the owner know, with their own location if they choose. Your customer finds out immediately, without revealing their contact details.

How do we integrate this into our suitcases?

The QR code runs along with your existing labelling, with no hardware costs. We deliver NFC tags ready to install for the luggage tag or the lining. No new tooling and no changes to production are needed.

Why not just include a Bluetooth tracker?

A tracker locates the item for the owner but doesn't enable the finder to act, and it costs a double-digit amount plus a battery. The contact function costs cents, works worldwide without an app and gives the finder a direct route to the owner. The two are not mutually exclusive.

Is our customers' data protected?

Yes. The finder never sees a name, number or address, and only leaves a message that is passed on. The platform is GDPR-compliant and runs on servers in Germany and the EU.

How does a pilot work?

You start with a batch of 100 units or more and pay per unit, with no monthly fee. The pilot shows how the function fits into production, packaging and sales. Then you decide on series production.
