What companies want to know first.
What quantity can we start with?
Promotional items with BrandID start at 100 units. The unit price falls with quantity: €3.90 from 100 units, €2.60 from 250 and €1.90 from 500 units, each excl. VAT. OEM integration also starts at 100 units and costs from €0.49 per unit, with no monthly fee. ServiceID costs from €0.50 per device per month, plus a one-time setup, with no minimum term and no minimum quantity.
How quickly is a solution up and running?
We deliver promotional items 3 to 6 weeks after your print approval. ServiceID is running about two weeks after the order, and the installation itself takes an afternoon. For OEM integration, the timeline follows your production schedule, and we set it together in the intro call.
Does the person scanning need an app or an account?
No. The scan works with the ordinary phone camera, via QR code or NFC, with no app, no account and no sign-up. That is exactly what lowers the barrier for the people who matter: your customers, tenants, users or finders.
What about data protection?
The platform is GDPR-compliant and runs on servers in Germany and the EU, and we cover data processing in the master agreement. Whoever scans sees no phone numbers or addresses, and whoever receives the report reveals no private contact details.
Can we combine several applications?
Yes. BrandID, ServiceID and OEM integration run on the same system, with one login and one set of reports. Most companies start with the most urgent application and expand after the pilot.
Why SilentLink and not a simple QR code service?
Because the QR code is the smallest part. The value lies in the platform behind it: routing without sharing data, campaigns at the moment of activation, structured reports and integration with your systems. The same infrastructure carries the SilentLink product family every day, and you talk to the people who built it.
