A report point in the stairwell, in the basement or on the installation. Tenants, users and tradespeople scan, pick a topic and send, with a photo if they wish. The report reaches your management office or goes straight to the caretaker, with property and area, around the clock.

The reporting route
A dripping tap in the stairwell, a broken door entry system, a failed basement light: tenants would report it, but the management office can only be reached during office hours, and the matter seems too small for a phone call. So nothing happens, until the drip becomes water damage.
A report point lowers the barrier to one scan. The report arrives complete, with property, area and photo, and lands where it is handled. That applies to a single residential complex as much as to a facility services provider with many properties.
Places of use
You define topics and recipients per property. The lift reports different things than the stairwell.
01 Indoors
Lighting, door entry system, cleaning: reported where it's noticed, not only at the next inspection round.
02 Building services
Faults on the lift, heating or ventilation reach the responsible technician, clearly assigned.
03 Outdoors
Broken barrier, faulty outdoor light, damage to the playground: the report points hold up outdoors too.
04 Owners
One reporting route for all owners and residents instead of many phone numbers and email chains.
05 Commercial
Commercial tenants report in a structured way, with clear responsibilities between tenant, management and service provider.
06 Facility management
One reporting route across all managed properties, with every report documented and assigned to its property.
Prices & process
One price per report point, a one-time setup, no minimum term.
Questions & answers
No. The ordinary phone camera is enough, and the scan opens a web page with your topics. That is why older residents, visitors and tradespeople report too.
Every report point is permanently assigned to a property and an area. The report doesn't arrive as “somewhere in the building”, but as “12 Sample Street, stairwell, lighting faulty, photo attached”.
Reports arrive by email. If your software can read an inbox, it automatically creates a case from them. For a direct integration, talk to us.
Reports use predefined topics, and every report is assigned to a property. If a report point attracts misuse, it can be blocked and replaced.
Yes. You define recipients and topics per property, so reports from property A go to a different team than those from property B. If you wish, the management office can be copied in.
