A report point at the playground, the bus stop or the street light. Anyone who sees damage scans, picks a topic and sends, with a photo if they wish. The location is known from the code, and the report lands with the responsible department.
The reporting route
Most people would report damage in public spaces. What stops them is the route: finding the right office, filling in a form, describing the place. Hardly anyone downloads a dedicated reporting app for a single case.
A report point right at the object lowers the barrier to one scan. The location is known, the topic is predefined, and a photo is attached in seconds. The report reaches the responsible department with a timestamp.
Places of use
You define topics and departments per type of location.
01 Leisure
Broken play equipment, a loose screw, a damaged bench: the report arrives with location and photo.
02 Transport
Damaged shelters, bent signs, faulty displays: reported right where they stand.
03 Lighting
A dark street light gets reported in passing, with the lamp post as the location instead of a vague street name.
04 Green spaces
Overflowing bins, fly-tipping, damaged paths: straight to the works depot instead of the wrong office.
05 Buildings
Visitors and staff report defects on the spot, without going through the administration.
06 Infrastructure
Irregularities arrive clearly assigned, with a photo as the basis for an initial assessment.
Prices & process
One price per report point, a one-time setup, no minimum term.
Questions & answers
No. The ordinary phone camera is enough, and the scan opens a web page with your topics. It works spontaneously, with no installation and no account.
Yes. You define topics and recipients per type of location: playgrounds to the parks department, lighting to the operator, roads to the works depot. Reports are delivered by email, so they fit your existing citizen request or ticketing system.
Reports are documented with location, photo and timestamp. This adds a simple reporting route for citizens to your regular inspections and creates a traceable record of incoming reports. The legal assessment remains with you.
Reports use predefined topics, and every report is assigned to a location. You spot duplicate reports about the same object immediately, and report points that attract misuse can be blocked and replaced.
Yes. Contact details are only needed if you plan a follow-up question for a topic.
